Designed for and by the team to meet your specific needs and available to groups of two or more people with a common purpose, including: organizations, couples, families, teams, workgroups. Presented in an experiential environment, and using a Living Systems Approach™, we explore team values, strengths, and objectives, and work to bring increased clarity, collaboration, and communication. With focus on a joint vision, individual and team goals, and creating an executable action plan in order to achieve these goals, coaching also enhances trust, engagement, and efficiency in order to meet the needs of the organization/group as a whole.

Coaching workshops offer an array of themed material within a group of 10 or less. Content is provided and enhanced through group discussion, as well as individual reflection. Workshop duration ranges from 4-8 weeks, depending on programming focus. Whether you are new to coaching or have had a coach for years, there is great value in exploring notions of self within a group.
