Sabrina is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) currently completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) from Yorkville University. She is supervised by an experienced practitioner who meets CRPO requirements.
Before becoming a therapist, Sabrina spent over a decade as a lawyer and leader, supporting people through some of their most sensitive and complex challenges. Her early years of motherhood deepened her understanding of how anxiety, burnout, and major life transitions can impact one’s sense of self—especially while balancing many roles and responsibilities.
Sabrina brings a grounded, steady presence to therapy, helping clients reconnect with their inner compass, gain clarity, and build resilience. She works with individuals navigating anxiety, perfectionism, low self-worth, stress, identity shifts, and relationship or communication challenges. She has a particular interest in supporting those who feel caught in cycles of overthinking, avoidance, or unhelpful behaviours, as well as parents and professionals striving to find balance and reconnection with themselves.
Sabrina is a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), and a student member of the Canadian Psychotherapy and Counselling Association (CCPA).
