Jaime is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Associate Certified Coach (ACC). She has a master's degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a bachelor's degree in English from York University. Additionally, she has over 20 years of experience working in the Growth & Development field. She has also obtained various certifications and specialized training, including acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), solution-focused therapy (SFBT), Tilt 365 - True Tilt®, and Positive Intelligence®.
Jaime is also a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), the Canadian Psychotherapy and Counselling Association (CCPA), and the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
My approach to therapy is an integrative and holistic one that honours the unique experiences, lives, and worldviews of every client. ver the course of our work together, we will identify and utilize your strengths, highlight your values, and deepen your sense of self. I am passionate about helping people overcome the obstacles/challenges keeping them from living their best and most-fulfilling lives. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, underwhelmed, or somewhere in between, you are not alone. In a collaborative partnership, built on a foundation of genuine care, I am committed to working with you to explore, uncover, and work through whatever is getting in your way. In my work, I draw from a range of therapeutic and coaching modalities, including ACT, CBT, and SFBT, as well as mindfulness-based approaches and positive psychology to offer an integrative and holistic approach to helping you achieve your goals for coaching and/or therapy, whatever they may be.
