Berfin is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and is currently completing a master’s degree in Counselling Psychology (MACP) from Yorkville University. Additionally, she also has years of experience working with individuals, children, and families exploring the importance of incorporating mental health related activities to support and foster children’s daily learning experience. Through her previous work, Berfin knows the impact of therapy and is able to fully support those working through feelings of depression, anxiety burnout, stress management, life transitions, communication issues, and managing relationship dynamics.
Berfin is passionate about helping clients to live an authentic and fulfilling lives. Leveraging her background and her therapeutic skills, she creates a safe and open space for personal growth and self exploration. As a therapist, Berfin is committed to empowering individuals to overcome obstacles, build resilience, and achieve lasting wellbeing.
