Coaching takes a strength-based and appreciative approach that focuses on creating new awareness, through the medium of conversation. Coaching helps you close the gap between where you currently are and where you want to be, identify the obstacles keeping you from living the life you desire, and supports you in the creation of a plan to help get you there. Through collaborative partnership, coaching helps you gain clarity and confidence in order to live your best life.

Jaime is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Associate Certified Coach (ACC). She is in the process of graduating with a master's degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and has a bachelor's degree in English from York University. Additionally, she has over 20 years of experience working in the Growth & Development field. She has also obtained various certifications and specialized training, including acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), solution-focused therapy (SFBT), Tilt 365, True Tilt®, and Positive Intelligence®.
Jaime is a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), the Canadian Psychotherapy and Counselling Association (CCPA), and the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

I am passionate about helping people overcome the obstacles/challenges keeping them from living their best and most-fulfilling lives. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, underwhelmed, or somewhere in between, you are not alone. In a collaborative partnership, built on a foundation of genuine care, I am committed to working with you to explore, uncover, and work through whatever is getting in your way. The question is not if, but how, and together we will work toward finding the answer.
In my work, I draw from a range of therapeutic and coaching modalities, including ACT, CBT, and SFBT, as well as mindfulness-based approaches and positive psychology to offer an integrative and holistic approach to helping you achieve your goals for coaching and/or therapy, whatever they may be.
