At Jaime Brand Psychotherapy & Coaching Services (JBPCS), we understand that life can be difficult sometimes and that everyone faces challenges at some point. Our compassionate practitioners are here to help you navigate those challenges and find healing and hope.
We offer a collaborative and personalized approach to therapy, which includes evidence-based practices such as acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), compassionate inquiry, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy (SFBT), positive psychology, and trauma-informed care. We specialize in helping clients with self-esteem, anxiety, life transitions, managing stress, working through trauma, and resolving relationship issues.
Our goal is to help you build resilience, gain insight, increase the flexibility of your thinking, and develop the tools you need to thrive.

Lao Tzu
Psychotherapy is a talk-based, collaborative, and supportive process that occurs through a strong therapeutic relationship between therapist and client and is designed to help create positive change in the client’s thinking, feeling, behaviour, and/or social functioning. Together, through the application of different therapeutic modalities, client and clinician work together to help improve your quality of life, mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical health, and overall well-being.
Coaching takes a strength-based and appreciative approach that focuses on creating new awareness. Coaching helps you close the gap between where you currently are and where you want to be, identify the obstacles keeping you from living the life you desire, and supports you in the creation of a plan to help get you there, including measurable milestones along the way. Through a collaborative, future-focused, and goal-oriented partnership, coaching helps you gain clarity and confidence in order to live your most fulfilling life.
